Before you vacate the above house please ensure: –

  1. Your rooms are left clean, tidy & vacuumed, and empty of all personal belongings.
  2. All communal arrears are cleaned and vacuumed and rubbish is disposed of in black bin liners and left outside by the dustbin area. (if bins are full please take rubbish to Meanwood road tip).
  3. Fridges and freezers defrosted and left clean. Oven, cooker tops and grills cleaned.
  4. Halls and stairways are vacuumed.
  5. Kitchen worktops left clean and cupboards inside and out cleaned and left of ALL belongings.
  6. All meters have a FINAL reading and accounts paid, gas, electric, water and council tax where applicable. ( Please leave account numbers and meter reads for this for the new tenants)
  7. Back of sofas and inside sofas vacuumed.
  8. Back of beds cleaned.
  9. Please note the house must be left to a professional standard.
  10. If there are marks on the walls due to posters or photos you will be charged for repainting.

A Mutually agreed time will be arranged on 30th June 2024 for a house inspection.

Please note that if any of the above is not done then tenants will be charged.

The house MUST be vacated by 12.00 pm

If the house is not completely vacated by 12.00pm a late charge will be applied.

All keys are to be placed in an envelope with your name detailed on the front and which room you were in. Please note that if any keys are not handed in there will be a £45 charge for each key not handed in
